Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our range, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, you will need to register and then your order can proceed.

We are constantly adding to and improving our range of products. If you do not see what you want at this time, please do come back soon as product ranges are constantly being updated.

Shipping And Handling
Products shipped from our warehouse will be dispatched utilising recorded delivery services - a signature may be required - please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign. A shipping charge of £7.50 will be applied to all orders. A delivery charge of £12.50 will be applied on orders containing garments from our Gore-Tex range.

PLEASE NOTE : JAMSTORE.CO.UK ONLY DELIVERS TO GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND ADDRESSES.

Delivery Schedule
When you place an order, we'll estimate dispatch and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. Dispatch date estimates are shown in the order form. After placing your order, you'll be able to find dispatch and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.

Non-customised/standard stock
Please allow 2-5 business days
Customised/standard embroidery
For orders that include standard text embroidery please allow 7-10 business days. If logo digitisation is required please allow up to 21 days for logo approval and delivery.
Made to order/special sizes garments
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Please note that garments which have been customised, are a special size, or made to order cannot be returned
