We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our standard stock garments come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.
Returns
Standard non-customised garments ordered may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. Please return garments to the following address, quoting your order number clearly on your parcel;

A member of the JAMstore.co.uk team will contact upon receipt of your returned garments to credit your card.
Returns Handling Charge
Please note that a 'Returns Handling Charge' of £2.50 will be debited, if the reason for returning the garments is a customer order procesing error i.e wrong size ordered. If the garments are faulty or do not match the garments ordered, no 'Returns Handling Charge' will be applied
Defective Goods/Returns
Defective goods may be returned within thirty days of receipt by the Purchaser to be eligible for credit.
Johnsons Apparelmaster will not credit garments where a special size or specification has been provided.
