Delivery Information
Deliveries containing items In Stock will be made within 2-3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends) e.g If you place your order on Monday your goods will be delivered at the latest by the Thursday.
For Out of Stock items, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Items containing embroidery, please allow an extra 7-10 days.
FREE DELIVERY applies to all orders over the value of £100.
The cost of delivery is £7.50 and your order will be sent out via carrier. All orders are tracked and a signature will be required upon receipt. Your order can be delivered anytime between 7am and 6pm. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card and attempt re-delivery. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
